INOXTAG
For this second episode of “Qui perdra son Job !?”, our mission was to create a video that was not only explanatory but above all, visually striking.
Far from being a simple demonstration of the rules, the introduction takes the form of an animated cinematic, designed as a real piece of storytelling. Inspired by the visual worlds of Spiderverse and the series Love, Death & Robots (episode The Witness), it blends 3D animation with a 2D aesthetic, featuring textures that feel almost hand-painted.
This artistic choice allowed us to capture attention from the very first seconds, while making the rules easy to understand, fluid, and engaging. The short format, dynamic pace, and strong graphic tone give this video a true role of introduction, at the intersection of utility and narrative.
This project was a genuine challenge, both artistically and in terms of timing. Working on a YouTube production, with its specific codes and fast-paced demands, was a new and exciting experience. We had to be efficient, reactive, and to the point.
With only 20 days of production and a small team, we handled everything from A to Z, making a deliberate choice along the way: to animate a camera rather than characters. A decision born from constraints, but one that proved to be both effective and aligned with the project’s universe.
In the end, this intro is more than just a way to explain the rules. It’s a visually and narratively rich opening that sets the stage for the game while asserting a strong artistic direction.
